Come Sit With Me
A Space for You
You don’t need to arrive with the answer.
You don’t even need to arrive with the question.
This is a space where you can bring whatever is present for you.
You might be moving through a transition.
You might be standing between what was and what comes next.
You might have a decision in front of you and notice that everyone else’s opinions have become louder than your own voice.
You might know something needs to change but not yet know what.
Or perhaps nothing is wrong at all.
You simply want the space to reconnect with yourself.
There is no prerequisite for sitting with me.
You don’t need to prepare.
You don’t need to have it figured out.
You don’t need to know what you want to talk about.
Come exactly as you are.
“I feel like I just put down 1000lbs that was sitting on my throat and chest. Thank you Liz. I am so grateful.”
– Molly
A Conversation
We talk.
I listen.
I ask questions.
We notice what comes up.
There may be silence. There may be tears. There may be laughter.
I’m not listening so that I can give you my answer.
I’m listening for the places where you are already telling yourself yours.
Because I believe you know yourself in a way no one else ever can.
Sometimes that knowing is clear.
Sometimes it’s barely a whisper.
And sometimes we simply need another person to sit beside us long enough for everything else to become quiet enough to hear it.
That’s the space I hold.
There is no agenda you need to follow.
Nothing you need to accomplish.
Nowhere I need to get you.
I won’t hand you a map or tell you what you should do next.
I walk beside you, not ahead of you.
And you don’t have to leave our conversation with everything figured out.
You are allowed to be in the unknown.
You are allowed to change your mind.
You are allowed to take your time.
Nothing true asks you to rush.
Come exactly as you are
One hour. You and me. A conversation centered entirely around you and whatever is present for you that day.
This is your space.
Let’s Talk – this will be a button that takes them to the calendar to schedule and pay. I will get that to you soon.
